If you turn left you will see the trail head to Coon's Bluff the parking lot at the end at Coon's Bluff does not allow horses but you will see a dirt trail head on the left and right coming in the one on the left has more room for rigs. We have had some decent rains though in the past six weeks, and it’s showing now. The Salt River runs through the Tonto National Forest and is one of my favorite spots in Arizona! A bit steep in some areas, so watch your footing.Very confusing to be honest but I managed to get to the river and I just followed my trail back out in the app love that.Great trail, very low traffic - though lots of horse apples to dodge.
