anycubic photon build plate loose

There is flex if you push and pull on any machine, like my 4030 CNC miller and my aluminum Ender3.You mentioned that other files do the same thing...I think the problem is with your printer.  One thing comes to mind regarding the possible cause: check to see that the FEP film is tight across the bottom of the resin vat.  If you tap it with your finger, it should be as tight as a snare drum.  You can tighten it with the screws along the bottom perimeter.  If the screws are already tightened all the way and there is still slack...or if the film is stretched or distorted...replace the film.Could also be hazy film reducing the light and not giving a full cure time in that srea.And you are sure your sensor is not loose, has moved, or is dirty? Any ideas what may cause a seeminly properly calibrated (Home and Z=0 positions) LCD prnter to have the build plate move much lower than it should during printing?My only guess is because the build plate moves lower than it should, the print stick to both the build plate and FEP film. Any help appreciated. If the curing time is too low then the section will not cure enough and can be washed away during the alcohol rinse. I have reset the Z=0 height several times now and the issue persists.One guy did this which sounds very simple.."I had this same issue... Its a bit unorthodox but I selected home, manually turned the z thread till it was nipping paper... Set z=0 and then pressed home again..."

Downloaded chitubox before my printer arrived and found out how most things worked. But if I then press the home button the build plate tries to go DOWN further and I have to stop it immediately to prevent the screen from breaking. I either have to replace the film or raise the curing time.It's pretty tight.


Made myself a curing station today, UV strip 395 to 405nm, 1 Asda Bin, 2 disks of MDF, a bit of tin foil & solar powered turntable.I've had my printer for less than a month and for a little over a week the light has been turning on but no patterns show up when I try to print, just a solid purple screen.Printed files and no issues then out of the blue get totally distorted prints.

Tried print with no bath or plate attached and photo shows clear difference between slice screen and LCD.
