There is a male Lay Director and Spiritual Director for the boys, and a female Lay Director and Spiritual Director for the girls. A Chrysalis weekend is an experience of Christian spiritual renewal and formation that begins with a three-day short course in Christianity. Everyone experiences it differently. They each have separate living quarters, separate conference rooms, separate musicians, separate Board Representatives. A Chrysalis Flight is for Young People who are Sophomores in High School through Freshmen in College. Chrysalis Flight Application. The boy’s and girls do, however, share the same dinning room at the same time. It is an opportunity to meet Jesus Christ in a new way as God’s grace and love is revealed to you through other believers. A Chrysalis Flight is a 3-day weekend designed to help young people better understand and grow their faith in God.  Several verses of the song, "De Colores", are traditionally sung during the Walk to Emmaus weekend, the Chrysalis Flight, and the Face to Face Encounter.The Walk to Emmaus is an experience of Christian spiritual renewal and formation that begins with a three-day short course in Christianity.
