Our family will be back in May of 2020.Billed as a Histric Resort. Comfortably spread out and peaceful, with ponds full of Canada Geese. A beautiful setting with carefully manicured grounds. As a vacation ownership property, we do give all our guests the opportunity to obtain more information on becoming Diamond Resorts® owners through our presentations. Helpful staff, large fully equipped units, on site coffee shop, restaurant/bar, and a gorgeous historic manor house open to guests. We stayed in a townhouse. Nothing special about the facilities. The resort fees at The Historic Powhatan Resort cover a number of things - including the upkeep of amenities like: the pools/hot tubs, fitness center, mini golf, tennis courts/sports areas, bicycles, and our historic Manor House. We were told that our rooms were updated however, we did not get the latest updated rooms. L'établissement propose également une piscine et un restaurant. The Historic Powhatan Resort appreciates your expression of your visit. However, our place was clean and we had an amazing view of the pond! Due to Covid, we wanted to just have a get away (some amenities are closed) and this room provided that for us.
