i9 9900k vs ryzen 7 3700x reddit

You can draw as much as 168w with a 9900k when overclocked. I plan to leave the 3700X on stock, no OC. It features 16 MB of cache, a 95W TDP and Intel UHD 630 graphics. Got these cpus from a friend a while back. Will the Wraith Prism which comes with 3700X be enough to cool the CPU or I need to keep my Noctua NH-D15 for better performance?
